Plaintiffs allege that through a series of false representations, Defendants, in concert with each other, induced Plaintiff to loan approximately $1,600,000 in total to Defendants and various other persons and entities for the promotion and production of several exhibition soccer matches. Plaintiffs allege that they expected that the profits generated from the exhibition soccer matches would be paid to Plaintiffs, but this was not the case. Plaintiffs allege that the Defendants acted in concert to defraud Plaintiffs of their returns.
